Highly recommend! I attended for my sister’s birthday, and it was our very first time getting our nails done here. The staff made us feel so welcome right from the start. They were incredibly patient, explained the different options clearly, and took their time making sure we loved our nail shapes and colours. It was the perfect birthday treat, and our nails look absolutely amazing. We will definitely be back! Thank you for the most relaxing time.

I’ve been going here to get my nails done for years and have several times recommended it to other people. However today i went in for a full set of acrylics and everything seemed normal. When the guy started to file down my acrylics though the nails became far too short for my liking, i tried to tell him this politely as its quite difficult to tell people you don’t like what they’ve done. He started emphasising that both hands would have the same length nails, when i was trying to say i didn’t like how short they were. He attempted to fix it with more acrylic powder but ended up just cutting them off with the nail clipper and asking someone else to come over and ‘do a better job’. furthermore, they switched to a different language and were quite clearly talking about me right in front of me after this had happened. Someone else came over and removed the acrylic he had put on, leaving my hands looking an absolute mess. safe to say i left after this, with worse nails than what i had went in with. i’ve attached pictures below of what my hands looked like after. Along with this there is still a layer of acrylic on my nails that i’ll have to attempt to remove myself.

I had biab infill done - as lovely as the staff were, unfortunately i was not happy with the way my nails turned out. A week after getting them done the gaps were bigger than they should've been so it looked as though they already needed redone & the order in which they do the nails doesn't sit right with me - e.g. filing them after the varnish has been applied so it chips away. Due to this I had to go elsewhere after only having these on for a week and ended up spending more money than intended.

I always have an amazing experience at House of Queens. I’ve been going for a long time now, having different services and the staff have always been incredibly welcoming and friendly, offering complimentary drinks which is a lovely touch. Throughout the appointment they always check that I’m happy with my nails, and every time they’ve turned out perfect. I’ve genuinely never had any faults. highly recommend☺️
