I can’t say enough good things about A & M Heating, Air Conditioning & Plumbing! When our AC issue came up, they responded incredibly quickly and had someone out to the house right away. From start to finish, the service was professional, courteous and efficient. The technician was knowledgeable, took the time to explain everything and resolved the problem quickly without any hassle. It’s hard to find companies these days that combine responsiveness, expertise and excellent customer service, but A & M absolutely delivers. If you’re looking for a company you can trust, I highly recommend A & M Heating, Air Conditioning & Plumbing. Stellar service, great communication and outstanding results. Thank you for taking such great care of us!
⭐ James the technician from A&M did an outstanding job servicing my air-conditioning unit. He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly. He arrived on time, worked efficiently, and made sure everything was running perfectly before he left. It’s refreshing to receive such excellent customer service. I highly recommend James to anyone needing HVAC service. Thank you for a job well done!
Where do I begin? This is my second time using A&M, and both experiences have been outstanding. The first time, their crew did a flawless job installing two new HVAC units and a furnace while I was out of town. This time around, I needed to replace a 40-gallon water heater in the attic that was approaching 12 years old. I was worried about the risk of it failing and flooding the house. Other contractors quoted me major demolition: tearing out drywall to run a new ¾-inch gas line through my dining room and master bedroom. Anthony from A&M came out, listened to my concerns, and proposed a much smarter solution: a Navien 199 outdoor tankless water heater with natural venting and a new gas line run through the crawlspace from the meter on the opposite side of the house. No drywall demolition, no mess, no hassle. It was brilliant. He took the time to answer every question I had about the unit, explained exactly where the recirculating pump should go, walked me through the pipe insulation needed for winter protection, and even ran a dedicated power line to my sump pump’s backup battery so everything would keep running during an outage. He was incredibly thorough, professional, and thoughtful. He even kept noise to a minimum during my kids’ nap times. The install itself was perfect. They removed the old tank from the attic without a scratch, no damage to anything, and didn’t even have to cut the attic ladder to get it out. In my 37 years, this ranks as one of the top two or three customer service experiences I’ve ever had. I can’t recommend Anthony and the entire A&M team highly enough for any HVAC or plumbing project. They’re the real deal!
After receiving a quote for $20,000 to replace our AC unit, I called A&M and the same day I had someone coming out to take a look! Justin did a great job making sure we were informed about our unit and the options we had. We appreciated having options instead of being told we had to replace our unit. When we do have to replace it, A&M will be the first company we call! Thank you for being an honest and reliable company!
Steven Scott is the kind of HVAC technician that's getting hard to find. He came out for an AC that was underperforming and instead of guessing he worked the whole problem, went through the system top to bottom, ruled out the dampers, checked all 3 DAT sensors and actually traced what was happening rather than throwing parts at it. What stood out was how much he genuinely knows and how well he explains it. He walked me through the science as he went (superheat, the electrical, the airflow and what the readings actually meant) so I came away understanding my own system better than I ever have. He's a teacher, not just a parts-changer. He also checked the charge and told me straight up it was fine and didn't need a recharge, so no guessing and no upsell. He reminds me of the best technician I ever had years ago, the one who actually taught me most of what I know about HVAC. Different cut entirely. Booking through Holly was easy and they got him out fast. He's our guy from here on out.
