We have been clients of Adams Heating and Air for 15 years. Service has always been outstanding--on time, professional, and trustworthy. Recently they installed a dryer vent for us and the team did a fabulous job. They made certain that everything was exactly as it should be before they left the job site. Cost was reasonable for the work that was done. Last year Adams installed a new heating and AC system for us. The price was comparable to other installers, and the workmanship was outstanding.

Big shoutout to Jim… I purchased my home using a renovation loan and needed to get a contract written along with a slew of tedious paperwork. Jim really came through and was quick, friendly, and fair. I was able to get a brand new everything because Jim was willing to work with me and help with paperwork. He was great to chat with too. The crew did a stellar job, both inspectors were very impressed and SO AM I! The crew saw that I was putting a lot of work into the home and I feel like they matched the energy and knocked the project out of the park. Thanks fellas! The home can now go from 80 to 69 in about 5 minutes. These folks are great, thanks so much for your help.

My air conditioner was limping along. Long time customer with Adams. Over 10 years of yearly maintenance plans on multiple properties. At the last yearly maintenance the technician diagnosed a problem, but said you might get some life out fo the AC unit. We knew the air conditioner would need a fix soon. Now my AC is out, called to schedule a service call I just requested that the technician look back at the old notes to see what the problem was in the past and be ready if that was really the problem. The scheduler just said that can't be done... no one can take 10 minutes to look back and save evereyone time... Adams and the customer. Customer service is lost. What is the point of a technician even writing any notes if no one is ever going to look at them again. I understand that there is a diagnostic charge... I'm not complaining about that. But a simple request to look at the previous notes and be ready to get the system back up and running quickly just seems like good business sense and good customer service.

I've heard nothing but good things about Adam's heating and cooling from friends who use their services and even better things about their service technician Jeremy Barker. I've known him since he first started in this trade almost two decades ago. He taught me how to be an HVAC handyman for my own home, to help me learn how systems work and how I can safely fix them myself. Only as a favor to help me as a long time friend and to help alleviate my financial situations. I highly recommend his services and any company that employs him. I would say you need to call Adam's heating and cooling for your next AC/heat service or emergency.
