The technicians and office staff we encountered were professional and polite. I really appreciated the advocacy that the technician who diagnosed our issue provided to the home warranty company on our behalf. I believe they are highly competent in the HVAC field because all the other companies we've had just repaired what the home warranty company approved, which was the bare minimum. He had transparent conversations with us and continued to speak with the home warranty company until they agreed to replacing the unit rather than making repairs that would lead us back to the same issue that we'd had the past three summers. This showed me that they understand the field to the degree that they know how to explain to the home warranty company why replacement was better than a repair. I wish we could use them every time (but we can't request a specific company from the home warranty company 😕) because even with their knowing we can't commit to them, they cared enough about us as people, not just customers to get the best bang for our buck!

The service call went well from the initial call to the actual service. Hannah was able to move the appointment up and Walter was the tech who serviced the unit. He was excellent. He took his time, diagnosed and fixed the issue. Probably the best tech we have had out here from Advanced!

Came out and fixed our AC in 10 minutes. Our home warranty company sent them out and it took a week because they are quite busy but they did great so I understand why they’re in high demand. Very helpful and answered all our questions, didn’t feel rushed when the guy came out and we are appreciative of the service!

We had our AC replaced in April 2022, and it has been nothing but problems ever since. Immediately after installation, we noticed the system wasn’t keeping up with hot temperatures. The company brushed it off, saying it was because outdoor temps were over 100°, claiming no AC could keep up. That made no sense—our 30+ year-old downstairs unit had no problem maintaining 70° even in peak summer heat. Our son’s room was especially bad, staying in the UPPER 70s at night with the door closed. The company told us the solution was to add a return and an additional vent, so we spent more money to have that done. Fast forward to summer 2023—same issue. The system still couldn’t cool below 72–73°. We pushed them to come back out, and only then did they discover the AC had been wired incorrectly from the beginning. That was the real problem all along—not the ductwork we were told to pay for. When we asked for a refund for the unnecessary work, they refused and instead offered an 8-year maintenance plan. Why would we trust them to maintain a system they couldn’t even install correctly? The final straw came recently when they told us our 4-year-old system needed a new motor and control board, blaming it on us for not changing filters on schedule (we may have missed one change at most). They quoted $900 in labor. Not trusting them, we called another company. Turns out the real issue was a clogged drain pipe—a simple, low-cost fix. Our AC is now working perfectly. The second company also pointed out that the plumbing to the unit had been installed incorrectly and was not up to code from the start. This company consistently misdiagnosed issues, charged us for unnecessary work, and refused to take accountability for their mistakes. I would never recommend them to anyone.

Both plumbers did a job. I am pleased with the faucet. However, the downside is that the disposal was unplugged, the reset button was not pushed to restart it, and the water was turned off for the faucet and the dishwasher; the dishwasher water was not turned back on. Picture this a 83 year old grandmother crawling under the sink to fix the two problems. You have been here several times and done good work. Attention to detail and slowing down is really important to your business.
