Israel and his help provided excellent service. He explained everything clearly and was able to provide a short term fix, to keep the unit running and is exploring less costly solutions to solve the problem completely. Highly recommended.
Isreal and his team were very thorough. When they did their inspection, they located issues and resolved issues that my prior HVAC company did not address. They resolved air flow with new duct work on lower floor do that noise was not coming out of return vent down stairs. They also noted a detached duct piece in the crawl space that my current HVAC company had just done maintenance on and did not call to my attention. Their crew did an excellent job and communication with Isreal was timely. I am very pleased with professionalism, work, and price was fair. I highly recommend his company.
Israel and his team have been incredibly responsive whenever I’ve had questions or concerns. When you’re doing a complete system overhaul in a 102-year-old house, there are inevitably some things that need fine-tuning, and they’ve handled everything promptly and professionally. Extremely honest and professional company. Before calling Air Carolina’s, we were dealing with Morris Jenkins. Our AC had stopped working, and Morris told us we needed to replace the entire unit for $17,000and that didn’t even include the furnace. Worse, it was for a lower-grade system. We called Air Carolina’s for a second opinion, and they came out the same day. Right away, they told us we didn’t need a full replacement at all Morris was simply being dishonest. The techs from Air Carolina’s spent over 30 minutes trying to get our unit running temporarily. Even though it didn’t work, the effort and transparency were deeply appreciated. They explained everything clearly, never tried to upsell us, and made sure we understood where our money was going. Turns out the issue was just a bad motor and fan blades Morris was charging triple the price to fix those same parts. Air Carolina’s said we could probably get a few more years out of the unit, while Morris claimed it wouldn’t last another day just to pressure us into buying a new one. Overall, we’re extremely pleased. Air Carolina’s was fast, honest, and had the system fixed by the very next day. Highly recommend them if you want honest work and fair prices.
