After 28 years in our home and dealing with the typical 10-year HVAC failure cycle, my husband and I decided to try the EASE Comfort Program with Air Experts. It has been a fantastic decision. The customer service is top-notch even their AI-driven phone system is efficient and user-friendly. We recently had a lightning strike that fried our thermostat; Damien came out on a Sunday to diagnose it and had us back up and running immediately. They are punctual, professional, and truly oriented toward the customer experience. Highly recommend if you want peace of mind and reliable service.

The gentleman that came to install our new toilet was very efficient and knew what he was doing, but there was a hairline crack in the toilet. We were charged nearly $600 for this service. That’s a lot of money and ridiculously expensive. I will not be using Air Experts for plumbing work again

I cannot say enough good things about our recent experience with Air Experts. From start to finish, the entire process exceeded our expectations. First, I want to recognize the installation team of Dionicio and Rich, who did an absolutely outstanding job installing, testing, and commissioning our new Lennox 3-ton, two-stage gas pack system. They were professional, courteous, and incredibly thorough throughout the entire installation. It was obvious that they take tremendous pride in their work. An investment like this deserves attention to every detail, and they approached the job with the same level of care and precision they would expect in their own homes. They answered questions patiently, kept the work area clean, and made sure everything was operating exactly as it should before leaving. I would also like to give special recognition to Pablo Salazar in the service department. Pablo performed a very thorough inspection of our old system when it failed. He was professional, honest, and respectful as he explained the repair options and set realistic expectations for our 11-year-old unit. At no point did we feel pressured. Instead, we felt informed and empowered to make the best decision for our family and our home. Finally, I truly appreciated the opportunity to work with David Hocutt, who came to our home to assess our needs and recommend a cost-effective replacement system. David took the time to evaluate our living space, consider our home’s layout, windows, and ventilation placement, and understand what mattered most to us—comfort, reliability, and long-term value. He was knowledgeable, professional, and courteous throughout the process, helping us select a Lennox system that we believe will serve us well for many years to come. Purchasing a new HVAC system is a significant investment and not something most homeowners look forward to. However, Air Experts made the experience as positive and stress-free as possible. Excellent service! Jackson (Sales Rep.) was very kind and professional. He guided us through options on a split unit for our garage, with a non-pressure approach. Life challenged us, and we had to postpone the project. A year later we were ready, and Jackson once again gave us updated options. He explained advantages and risks of different options, and provided technical data to let us know what unit sizes would work for our space. Paperwork was super easy and quick, and installation was scheduled at our convenience. Steven (installer) not only arrived on time, but we got a courtesy message he was on his way. Upon arrival, Steven took the time to ask what were our plans for the space, and made suggestions based on his field experience. We discussed real world operation of the unit, and how tbe location of the installation could affect any future changes or upgrades to the garage (which i had not considered at all... maybe i want to add cabinets in 6 months, or install a TV.) We even talked about HOA, and how best place external unit to meet future compliance. It was a great conversation and made me feel like a friend was helping me improve my work space. It was not just an installation... it was making my space better with a proper installation. The installation took few hours (quicker than I expected), the internal and external units ended up "showroom" quality. As a technician myself, I appreciated Steven attention to detail on the installation and teaching how to operate and maintain the unit. I'm super happy with the work! The recommended unit is perfect for the space (super quiet too!), the price was within fair market range, and the installation was done by technicians that take pride in their work. STAY AWAY. Would leave 0 stars if possible. They charged me over $1200 18 months ago to replace parts on a NEW HVAC SYSTEM that I could buy for $93. That is well over a 500% markup. The SAME parts failed again just now and I was told warranty was only one year. It was only after I confronted them telling them I contacted the manufacturer and the manufacturer confirmed the warranty is 5 years did Air Experts budge on the warranty. They also installed our water heater in 2023 and since then a part on it FAILED two times in less than two years and the second time they tried to charge me and only again conceded once I brought this up. Labor for warranty replacements is only covered if you're part of their predatory "comfort club" so in essence you're still paying, just formatted differently. Incredibly exploitative pricing, clearly incapable and incompetent technicians and managers, and overall horrible company. Pick quite literally any other company if you want quality service or equipment that lasts.
