Great experience with Aire Serv go Jose team from start to finish. There was no pressure to buy unnecessary add-ons, and they gave me multiple replacement options to fit my budget. Aire Serv was very very easy to work with. They are transparent, reliable, and won't just do work willy nilly and charge. They are easy to get in touch with and ask questions to. It did not feel like they were upselling aggressively. The admin and tech (Jayden) I've interacted with so far are friendly and helpful, which can be hard to get from some providers.
Jaden visited incredibly professional and knowledgeable. In addition , I spoke with Brandon on the sales team and he was honest and forthright about pricing and recommendations. It was refreshing to talk with someone who advised a better solution that was not necessarily theirs - it just wasn’t the right fit for their product. That being said , I’ll 100% call them when i need service or a new system in the future. Highly recommend. Thx Guys for your honesty.
Thomas arrived within an hour of me calling for service. He did a thorough job of checking the system and explaining the issue. He was very patient with my numerous questions and was done with the work within an hour. And their prices were very reasonable. I recommend!
So glad I called Aire Serv of East Raleigh to come look at my unit. They were able to get to me sooner than I expected and their technician, Thomas, was the best. He was able to quickly determine the problem, explain everything and get my unit back up and running. Very highly recommended!
