My air conditioner stopped working on Tuesday evening. I had discontinued my service contract with another service company because of upselling. A neighbor had been previously told me of his satisfaction with Air Makers. I called them at about 9:30 on Tuesday. The forecast was 95 degrees. They were able to send their technicians to my house by 4:00. Diagnosis was failed outdoor fan motor. They ordered the replacement motor and installed it by 11:00 am the following day. I now have an annual service contract with Air Makers. Extremely satisfied with their responsiveness and the very helpful office staff and technicians.
102 degrees out and the ac cuts out! Yeah its probably the busiest day of the year for HVAC repair so I start calling. Most companies can't send someone for 3 days. Airmakers was here in an hour and replaced the blown switch. Fantastic service when you need it the most.
Our HVAC went out on Friday, we called the service department and they scheduled a repair guy pretty quickly! After learning that it would be best to get a whole new furnace, ( ours was 27 years old ) we were worried that we would be without heat and air for a few days , but they installed the new furnace in the very next day! I love Airmakers. They are great people and honest work! I highly recommend.
The guy nic came to my home to check my ac unit,only checked and put his hand up towards the vent im my bedroom and said the air was fine but i had told the dispatch that the masterbedroom was fine and it was the other 3 bedrooms but he never checked the other three rooms,he asked did we have a crawlspace and did it have a ladder,we told him it didnt and he said he had one but never checked the furnace,sprayed off the unit outside and was gone within 25 mins.i called the company to complain and tammy put him on the phone and he was rude telling me he does not come to peoples houses just to walk around??? I plan on calling out another company friday, I have never had this kind of experience before and was very disappointed!! this happen on a friday and maybe he wanted to get off early who knows!!
Airmakers provided honest and professional repair recommendations. They responded to service request in a timely manner. The scheduling department was very polite and accommodating to our concerns and scheduling needs. The technician Kyle provided excellent service. He appeared very knowledgeable and professional. He was very proficient and thorough during the entire repair. He ensured the work area was cleaned upon completion of repairs. He gave clear explanation of all repairs. He appeared to show great pride and respect for the company he was representing. He appears to show great leadership potential or trainer for new employees.
