Eric does a great job every time he comes out to my house. I'm on the yearly maintenance plan so I see him twice a year. Very knowledgeable and very thorough in his work. Would highly recommend this company!
I tried them because they are local family owned. I've dealt with large corporations in the past and they tried to "sell" additional unneeded parts. All Care checked my AC found no other problems and didn't try to "imagine" what may go wrong in the future to sell more parts and service. Very pleased with the speed and quality of the service. The problem was quickly located and a replacement part ordered and installed in a few days. I'm very pleased and will definitely use them in the future for any heating and air issues.
Eric was on time and provided excellent service once again. He had planned ahead to provide us with the handler air filters getting us the best price. Eric cleans up any debris and is very trustworthy.
All About Care came highly recommended by my coworker. They diagnosed our existing unit as being too far gone and had the new one installed within a week: excellent customer service and very competitive pricing.
