When I bought my AC unit I received excellent service. This feels like a different company. Two kids with no uniforms arrived to perform the maintenance service on my unit. They went upstairs for a few Minutes , rinsed the coils and said “we’re done” my mother who was home and has 30 years in hotel engineering experience asked , did you check the drain? The float switch? Why no coil cleaner? You didn’t even have time to check the pressure. So they scratched their heads and went back to the van parked in my neighbors spot and came back they fumbled around inexpertly for 40 + minutes and told her “oh yeah, the drain was clogged and in 2 days it would have flooded. I don’t see how as the first time the AC has run in months was the night before service. I returned home to find although they did wear their shoe covers they brought debris from the attic into the upstairs.. and not just a little. The drain pan was dry as a bone. Where was the impending flood? The pan was also dirty (they didn’t clean it and clearly didn’t flush the drain line from the pan) I can’t confirm if they successfully checked any pressures on the unit. And they left a spent CO2 cartridge in the attic. They didn’t clean up after themselves. If you need to send an apprentice with a tradesman .. great. Teach them. But please don’t send 2 untrained and unqualified kids. Spraying a little water on the outside coils does not justify a $200 service contract
Just had HVAC maintenance performed by Allen Kelly. Great company, the work was thorough as well as explaining things I could do between maintenance visits to keep our system running smoothly. They texted the day before, the morning of and then called when they were on the way. Excellent service

I’m so happy I went with Allen Kelly for my HVAC units. I’ve had years of trouble free usage from the systems and the first time I had a maintenance issue to be worked on Allen Kelly was immediately available to work me into their schedule. Their technician (Michael) did great work.
On the hottest day of the year, my AC unit stopped working due to a dead capacitor. Michael, from Allen Kelly & Co. quickly diagnosed the issue, replaced the deficient capacitor, and my AC unit was running within minutes. Great service and reasonable rates...I highly recommend Allen Kelly & Company.
