I would like to take this opportunity to applaud the excellent service I received today from the staff at Bass Air Conditioning Company. I was able to get a same-day appointment, which I greatly appreciated. My technician, Caden, arrived much earlier than the estimated arrival time, which was perfectly fine with me, especially since my upstairs area had reached 90 degrees! He was very professional, knowledgeable, and completed the job in record time. At the completion of the service, I realized that Caden was one of my former students at Gray Creek Middle School when I served as the 8th Grade Assistant Principal. It was wonderful to see him doing such an outstanding job. Awesome work, Caden! Thank you for your excellent service!
Previously I had Contacted Bass Air & Plumbing reference installation of a UDI Hydro 5 STS water purification system. Technician: Scott Caldwell had visited earlier and provided a quote, this time it was to complete installation. Mr. Scott contacted me prior to provide ETA , and him and helper arrived on time, explained the work and went out in a quick, organized and efficient fashion on installation. They were attentive, and their work area was clean & orderly and they did not have things scattered or area trashed, no safety hazards. My house was built in 1994 so they had to make some modifications to make this acceptable; Mr. Scott was amazing; he worked from closet , to attic, across attic and down into garage to make this happen. OUTSTANDING, and a true professional. I could go on forever, but I think you know we are COMPLETELY SATISFIED and the area was clean when he departed. I have a happy wife and happy life. Thanks Mr.Scott Caldwell; note: he deserves an incentive from Bass Air Also; he is an asset; All Star.Additional he tightens up my lose faucet, complimentary.👍🏽
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5-Star Review I had an excellent experience with Bassair. Paul Leezer, the technician, arrived right on time and even wore painter boot covers, which I truly appreciated. He was polite, easy to talk to, and incredibly knowledgeable. He took the time to listen, answered every question clearly, and made sure I understood what was going on with both of my systems. Paul’s expertise and professionalism were so impressive that we decided to sign up for their annual maintenance plan for both units. It’s rare to find someone who combines skill, courtesy, and genuine customer care the way he does. Highly recommend this company—and especially Paul—for anyone looking for reliable HVAC service.
Josh helped fix our AC today and did an amazing job! He was very polite and professional, fixed the issue quickly, and frequently checked in with me during the service to give me updates on what he was doing. This is my first time ever leaving a review for anything but I felt the need to do so because of how great my experience with Bass Air has been. I plan to use Bass Air in the future when needed!
Bass AC installed a mini split in my garage last summer. They were friendly and helpful in giving advice for my needs. Zack came to my home this week to inspect the unit. He cleaned it up and made sure everything worked properly. He was very knowledgeable on the unit and the company. He was very friendly and I enjoyed chatting with him.
