I was amazed. Hayden was professional, courteous and very helpful and knowledgeable. My compressor was gone.. Hayden showed me step by step what was wrong and the readings for each thing on his computer. He showed me what he completed step by step and the new readings also. He allowed me to pick the best plan for what I needed . I also got a plan for future services . I am now a member and can get discounts on services and maintenance checkups quarterly. He was also able to come out on the same day I called and fixed the problem without me having to wait for parts to be ordered.. I am cool and happy.! Thank you Blaze Heating and Air Conditioner Service . They do everything . Plumbing and electrical services also!
We used the team from Blaze to replace the water service cutoff valves in one of our bathrooms and set a new toilet during a bathroom remodel. Harrison, the Blaze team member who did the work, called us ahead of his arrival and arrived on time. His work was professional and his customer interactions with us were excellent. It was obvious he took pride in his work and he left the job site spotless when he was done. Well done!
Orlando was thoroughly professional and adept in his work. He went the extra mile to get our kitchen faucet installed and working in a timely manner. He took care to avoid water leaks during installation, double checked that everything worked, and left the area clean and tidy. He also made sure that I understood the costs and the options I had and what they would cost in both time and money.
My hvac went out during the middle of winter and right before a big storm. I called Blaze and Hayden arrived same day. He was polite and informative and let me that I need a replacement and not a repair. My unit was 16 years old (I’ve owned the home for 6). I called multiple companies and blaze was the most honest, polite and fair with the best warranty options. I’m incredibly happy with the work that was done.
