Drew and Javier were very professional, considerate of my sleeping kids, informative, and knowledgeable. They explained everything they were doing and Drew even took the time to answer my son's questions and provided advice pertaining to his interest in the HVAC profession. I rate their service 10/10 highly recommend.
We have used Bolton several times for plumbing and HVAC service, and they have always done an excellent job. They are quick to respond and usually are able to get someone out the same day. Josh and Javi recently replaced our leaking water heater and were great.
I have lived at my current home for a decade and have had Bolton out for plumbing, electrical and HVAC work. They have always delivered in a timely fashion, most recently just this week. My AC fried and started blowing hot air (not a good thing in July in NC) - I ended up calling them late in the day, and they asked if it was okay if they sent someone the next day (I believe they well do an expedited/emergency service for a fee, but I haven't used it), I said sure, got a time frame. The HVAC tech made it out in that time frame, had a bad board diagnosed, found the replacement part, returned and swapped it all in the course of a few hours. He was polite, professional, and competent. I trust y'all are taking care of Cody but I just want to commend him on his service. Price was reasonable, and I don't think I'd have good reason to go anywhere else for this sort of work. Absolutely recommended for any services mentioned above.
Drew has performed plumbing service for me twice in the last 12 months and the service has been excellent. He’s professional, timely, customer focused, and clearly very good at his job. Highly recommend!!
My tankless water heater needed service. After Blaze Plumbing charged me a lot for doing the minimum and didn’t fix the problem, I called Bolton Construction. Their techs Eric and Kevin diagnosed the problem and replaced the circulation pump. The Bolton techs were much more knowledgeable than the Blaze personnel. I will call Bolton for any of my plumbing needs. BTW, I’ve told Blaze all of this and gotten no response.
