We are a part of the Family First program. We figured we’d have our HVAC maintenance done prior to the end of summer. Our technician was Jacob. He was extremely thorough in his job. He made sure to take plenty of pictures and explain the job itself and what he did to our system. We would highly recommend him for any other service we may need completed.

I had a great experience with Call Dad. I’m a real estate agent and they made getting an HVAC inspection for my buyers, who are under contract and in their due diligence period, very easy. They had appointments as soon as the next day! I called quite a few hvac companies and they either had no availability and/or were way over priced. The technician, Carson, was awesome. Well-spoken, explained everything and was just an all around super nice guy. His supervisor Brandon gave me a personal phone call after and discussed options. He was also very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I wouldn’t hesitate to give them a call the next time I or any of my clients need their services! Thank you!
The technician was very knowledgeable, professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly. I appreciated the information and expertise provided during the visit. However, the estimate was higher than I wanted to spend, so I decided not to move forward with the replacement at this time. Overall, the technician was helpful and informative, but the quoted price was more than I wanted to spend.
Julio our estimator was excellent in his genuine and caring demeanor, then techs Josh and his other installer(forgot his name but please send a bonus his way!) did awesome with the install! Very helpful, polite and great in their problem solving. Then Luke also did a good job changing out our old electrical to match the new system! Finally when I couldn’t figure out an issue the next day Justin came by to sort it out! Appreciate all your hard work and thank you for caring for our home guys!
