I would give this company 10 stars if there was one. I had a great experience with Cape Fear Air, Electric & Plumbing. They did an excellent job replacing my old trunk line and ductwork, and I couldn’t be happier with their quick, professional service. Parker and Jamesian went above and beyond with the installation and left the crawlspace clean and tidy. I highly recommend this company.

During every phase of our project with Cape Fear, everyone was incredibly professional, polite and timely. I will be using them and recommending them to anyone who asks for a referral in the Fayetteville area. The service tech Johnny responded within 45 minutes on a Saturday evening and was a straight shooter who found the issues right away. Eric the sales representative was there within the hour to thoroughly discuss several options and answer any questions we had. His experience and knowledge of the different products was evident. They got the installation booked 5 days later, where they completely replaced the outdoor fan unit, a cement pad, an air handler in the crawl space, control unit inside along with miscellaneous duct work. Tom and Max were the techs who did the installation and absolutely killed it. They were on time, and worked hard from start to finish, getting the job done in a day and leaving no mess or evidence of their work behind on my property. Coincidentally, I had a full home inspection scheduled the next day. And the inspector found no issues with any of the equipment or work.

Outstanding job by the team at Cape Fear Air-Electric-Plumbing! This time, I had the pleasure of working with Robert (project manager), Travis & Harrison (electrician techs), and Tom & Max (HVAC techs) to install a mini-split air conditioner / heater in my garage. They did a phenomenal job from start to finish. Robert set the conditions for me to use a mini-split and condenser pad purchased from Amazon; and the techs did the rest. Total time for installation was less than a day and I am very satisfied with the results. 5 Stars!

Ashley provided outstanding customer service from start to finish. She was friendly, professional, patient, and genuinely cared about making sure I had a great experience. She answered all of my questions thoroughly, kept me informed throughout the process, and went above and beyond to ensure everything was taken care of. I absolutely love Cape Fear Heating & Air! Johnny is the technician who usually handles maintenance on my HVAC system, as well as any issues that come up. He is always honest, professional, and takes the time to explain exactly what is going on with my system. I completely trust the work he does and highly recommend him. On July 4th, my HVAC unit stopped working during the 100+ degree heat index. I called Cape Fear Heating & Air, and they had a technician at my house in under an hour. Terry quickly diagnosed the problem and had my system up and running again right away. The customer service is outstanding, the technicians are knowledgeable and trustworthy, and they truly care about their customers. I highly recommend Cape Fear Heating & Air to anyone looking for reliable, honest, and prompt HVAC service!
