Chris from Cape Fear Air & Plumbing replaced our old water heater and we couldn’t be happier, from the price to the work itself, everything was great. He explained everything clearly and got the job done fast. We also qualified for rebates through Duke Energy since Cape Fear is part of their contractor network. Highly recommend!

Robert from Cape Fear Air, Electric, & Plumbing did and amazing job fixing a leak in our shower drain. This was not an easy thing to locate nor was it easy to fix. However, Robert was determined to locate the leak and take care of the problem. The fast service combined with their professionalism makes them stand out. I will be definitely calling them for any future plumbing and electrical issues.

I had the pleasure of having Felix come check out an AC unit that wasn’t blowing cold air. The fix wasn’t as serious as I feared (no pun intended) and there was no attempt to sell me anything even though my unit is on the older side. I felt so good about the experience that I asked THEM to send someone out to give me an estimate on a new unit in case I decide to be proactive. Responsive, not private equity owned, honest tech who didn’t even seem able to give a sales quote, and a price I happily paid for working AC. As a new Raleigh resident, I think these are my guys (and gals). I’ll be recommending them to my family here too.

The first thing Cape Fear (Joshua, a Project Manager, not a salesman) did was educate me with a drawing, this is what you need (Seer2 and Media Filter), how it works, and asked what I wanted from the new system (more warmth/cooling in the living room). I received very reasonable quotes in writing the same day with best pricing compared to others. I signed the contract, had an installation appt the same week. Two capable men took much of one day to install the unit. They showed me how to use the thermostat. Joshua helped me file the Duke Energy rebate, the office helped me schedule the inspection by the county. My confidence in my choice of installer just kept getting stronger (I got 4 quotes). Also, great warranty on the unit, parts and labor. When the air clicked on, my living room had a nice strong flow of air. :-) If you live in the Raleigh/Fayetteville area, you just need to make one call when you need a new system. Cape Fear Air, Electric and Plumbing, a very capable family business with great customer service!

Jeffrey Felix came out because our AC didn't seem to be cooling well. He took the time to educate me and showed me the temps going in and out and demonstrated the system is working fine. He's an honest guy and would welcome him back into our home the next time we need service. Another great service call from Cape Fear for us. We've been using them for years.
