I had to have my entire system replaced and they were helpful from consultation to inspection. I highly recommend them. I also have a maintenance contract with them that I got before my old unit went out. They come out twice a year for no charge and give it a thorough going over. Also, if you ever do need a repair and you have a maintenance contract, you don't have to pay for the visit, and your visits get expedited as well.!
Prompt customer support and service when needed. This one thing is hard to come by now a days. I wanted to add to my already 5 stars that Greg has been exceptional with solving my HVAC issues which is a product issues but this guys are supporting 100%
Made the mistake of calling Carlton HVAC when my house started feelin like the inside of a crockpot. Misty in the office acted like they had the dream team ready to roll out. Then Taylor the service manager showed up and from the second he stepped out the truck I knew my AC was in God’s hands. Taylor kept openin the unit, squintin at it, closin it back up, then wanderin off to the truck like he was on a scavenger hunt. Every time he came back it was another ‘hmm’ and a head scratch. At one point I’m pretty sure he was just pressing buttons for morale support. Couple hours later, my house was still hot enough to bake cornbread on the counter, but somehow they managed to cool off my bank account just fine. Misty stopped answering like she owed me money, Taylor acted confused why I wasn’t thrilled, and my AC unit sounds worse now than before they touched it. If you enjoy paying premium prices for absolutely nothing except heat exhaustion and disappointment, Carlton HVAC is the place for you!
When I call them they come. Their techs normally do a good job. Sales on the other hand is lacking greatly. I reached out to get quotations for the yearly contracted service they offer. I have 2 properties. Instead of sending me the quotes the service manager wanted me to call him. I replied, I'd rather not as I am in the war zone known as the Arabian Gulf at the moment. I never heard back from him by email. He may still be sitting by his phone thinking I'll call him when missiles & drones are flying over!
This place was hands down awesome. Customer service was great, Gregory was our technician and did an awesome job. Even after he left when we were having questions still he walked us through everything to make sure our heat was still working! Would recommend them to anybody if they ever need heating or air work!
