Dylan of CCS was a great help after a power surge blew our mini split. He came out on a Sunday to diagnose the problem, determining we needed a new part. When the part came in, he came back out and quickly made the repairs and stayed long enough to make sure the system was running smoothly. He was knowledgeable and efficient in his work.

I first met Mike G, who was extremely helpful in answering my questions when we were first considering them for our maintenance needs. Today, we had Dylan K come in to perform our first HVAC maintenance visit and he was excellent. He was both professional and knowledgeable in his work, answering all my questions and summarizing all the work done with photos. As some one who is not familiar with HVACs, I found this to be extremely helpful in understanding what was done and what the plan is for follow up visits. He also took the time to make sure our thermostat settings were appropriate for our units and gave recommendations for efficiency with our schedule. Marie, on the office side, is extremely responsive and helpful each time I have called or emailed. This is a great company!
Multiple great experiences with these folks. Most recently, Aubrey did a fantastic job of fixing our compressor and restoring our A/C during an especially hot few weeks. Super friendly and courteous during his work, and was very thorough in taking care of some extra maintenance while here. The time before, I got into work that morning with no heat due to a messed up thermostat. I was very surprised we were able to get someone out same day, but Oscar came through for us. He went above and beyond to help us set up the new thermostat for scheduled on/off times, and explained it with lots of detail. Super nice guy, great service.
