I continue to be amazed & truly grateful for the exemplary service I’ve received from Charlotte Mechanical over the numerous years including the initial installation of a new HVAC system. My recent service experience no exception! I was impressed by Mr. Kirk Martin!!! He was punctual, cordial, professional, & communicated clearly the service maintenance he was scheduled to provide. He diligently completed the task in a timely manner and made sure that I was satisfied with the results! Mr. Martin is an awesome technician!!! He is to be commended for his top-notch workmanship & professionalism!!! A 5 star 🌟 rating in my book!!!

From start to finish a perfectly professional experience. Our technician, Kirk, was friendly, personable, and very patient in explaining all my options as well as his assessment of what was taking place. I felt very little Pressure to do any specific option (no hard sales pitch). I appreciate how easy it was to make an appointment. And it was particularly helpful to not only get an automated. I appreciate how easy it was to make an appointment. And it was particularly helpful to not only get an automated heads up that the tech was on the way, but also received a phone call from Kirk himself. It felt like it was an It felt like it was a family friend stopping by to help us out. Overall, I would recommend this company to friends and family.

Had an excellent experience with Charlotte Mechanical. My air conditioning went out and they were at my home the next day. They had to order the part but as soon as the required part came in they were at my home! My air conditioning is now working and it was covered under warranty! Special thanks to Kirk Martin!

Needed a new AC with Furnance. Decided to go with Charlotte Mechanical due to the knowledge and experience of the team at Charlotte Mechanical. First met with Robbie who came out to access what unit would be appropriate for replacement. Robbie was very knowledgeable, professional, and kind. He is the reason we decided to choose Charlotte Mechanical from the start. He spoke highly of the installation crew, and he was accurate. The day of installation the crew of Michael, Noah and Matt arrived on time and worked throughout the day to complete the install. Robbie also dropped by to check in. They were all professional, organized and knowledgeable. They treated my home with the utmost respect and care. After a long day of work they returned my home in the exact manner as they entered it. I could not speak enough about the level of service I have received. Thank you to the awesome team that it took to make what I thought would be a tough process, very easy. Thank you, Robbie, Michael, Noah, Matt and Sydney for everything!

We recently switched from another provider to Charlotte Mechanical and the difference in service and price has impressed us. Noah and Thomas came out for our first HVAC service and did a very thorough inspection and notified us of several items which needed our attention like a small gas leak to our system. The repair cost was very affordable for the work done. We were kept aware of exactly what was done and all our questions were answered. We also utilized the new plumbing service offered to have a leak diagnosed and repaired to our sprinkler system and all of the worn out and leaking hose bibs replaced with frost free bibs. Mike came out and explained the entire scope of the work, fixed everything and even returned to ensure there were no problems with the repairs. I cannot recommend Charlotte Mechanical highly enough. Their technicians are professional and knowledgeable. Their prices are very reasonable. Their work is of the highest standard. I’m so happy we made the switch.
