Should have called Freeze sooner! We had 25 year old units in an old downtown Mooresville home. The downstairs unit wasn’t blowing as cool as usual, so I called Freeze to come out and diagnose. The compressor valves were shot, finally time for an upgrade (glad we did in the end!). Bob came out a day later, inspected our existing install and ductwork , measured the rooms, discussed options, and got us quotes for a couple of options the next day. I had priced replacement systems a few times over the years and this was the best price with the most comprehensive inspection and quote I’d received. I almost laughed at all of the previous quotes, they were gouging me. The price from Freeze and the quality of work was just great. I’m embarrassed I didn’t call them years ago, especially since they’re just down the street. Happy customer!
I purchased a new HVAC system from Freeze Refrigeration. I can't say enough about this company, they were great to work with. They came and installed and removed the old equipment. They did a very clean and neat job. My new system is super quiet and cool. I am very pleased and they were available to answer any questions or concerns throughout the process.

A wise man once said. It's not a matter of if; but when your AC will break down and it can be on the hottest of days. Well yesterday mine broke and I had no AC and it's suppose to get up to 96 degrees today. So the wise man said know who your gonna call.
