I have nothing but great things to say about Heating And Air Paramedics. My upstairs unit and the air handler went out earlier this year. I went through my warranty company who used Heating and Air Paramedics to replace both the air handler and upstairs unit for a great price. Austin and Justin were the guys who replaced these items and they did an excellent job. And Mo did a great job getting everything set up! My downstairs unit went out a couple months later and the warranty company recommended me to another hvac company who gave me a very high quote doing basically the same service that Heating and Air Paramedics completed upstairs, but with a less efficient and cheaper unit. The warranty company didn’t help me to get a lower rate from the company so I called Heating and Air Paramedics to see if they would be willing to replace my downstairs unit and air handler at a similar price that they replaced the upstairs unit. They were more than happy to help me out! I wanted to give a shoutout to Mo for helping me get everything set up and for sending guys out the next day to get my new unit set up downstairs. Greg, Austin, and Frank were the crew who installed my downstairs unit and air handler. They did a great job and even helped me to install a new thermostat upstairs. I can’t recommend Heating and Air Paramedics enough! Thanks guys!

He took the time to thoroughly explain the issue, answer my questions, and make sure everything was working properly. I first used Heating + Air Patamedics through my home warranty plan. My interactions with this company have been uniformly positive. Excellent communication is a hallmark of Heating + Air Paramedics. Appointments have been set up quickly and technicians messaged to let me know when they will arrive. Everyone has been attentive to my needs and made every effort to get my HVAC up and running as quickly as possible. If i need help in the future, I'll certainly call them again. They provide high quality work at a reasonable price and excellent customer service.
They were great! I scheduled to have my HVAC inspected while under contract to purchase. He arrived on time , was friendly and professional, and he provided a comprehensive report in a timely manner at a great price!
