Kamara is a great technician and stands behind his work.He diagnosed a faulty.circuit board, located an OEM part - original equipment manufactured part. He replaced the capacitor and cleaned the coils. 1 year warranty. Thank you.
He came in and had us back up and running in like 10 mins. He explained everything to us and gave us ways to stay on top of our maintenance. I highly recommend KS Kamara Hearing and Air. My furnace stopped working during a terrible ice storm and Kafoumba arrived quickly and identified the issues and did a great job repairing. He was available for further help days later when my hoses filed with ice and caused further problems. He explained everything so clearly to me, was pleasant and courteous, knowledgeable, and even taught me how to fix some issues myself. He will be my go-to heating and a/c from now on.
