Highly recommended, integrity that is unmatched! An honest, and well ran company. Since moving to Burnsville we have been struggling to find contractors to help us with various projects. When George arrived at our home, he could have charged us any amount of money for services we didn’t need. He was so kind and candid, without question one of the best service technicians I have met yet. He explained why we didn’t a particular service, did not try to up-sell us, and told us when we could expect to need future services. I was floored by how sincere he was. I called Morris Heating & Cooling on a Saturday they immediately dispatched Jeremiah to come out within a hour Jeremiah called and told me he would arrive in 20 mins, Jeremiah was so nice it was like I had known I'm all his life very professional and within a few mins he had my unit cooling again. I highly recommend Morris for all your heating or cooling needs. This was my first time using them but they will for sure be my go to company if I have issues again. Thank you Jeremiah for fixing us up this weekend & being so professional and knowledgeable. We really appreciate this company.

Chris came out to do routine maintenance on AC unit. Service was amazing, Very personable and professional. He showed me stats/health of unit in operation, even saw the dryer outlet was clogged and cleared it. Above and beyond service, highly recommend him and their team. Thanks for everything.
