Great company!!! They sent Austin out to do a service call for us. Austin was great very respectful and done everything we needed without trying to up sell anything and also gave us tons of great info on how to keep our ac system up to par. I would 100 percent recommend to anyone looking for honesty and reliability.

Mike Richards is the BEST Heating & Air Conditioning repair person in 5 counties. I've known him since high school, and I can tell you that he is very honest, his word is his bond, and he takes his job seriously. He's been in business for years in Caldwell County. He is competent, qualified and very conscientious about doing the job right. Mike charges a fair rate for his services and he treats his customers with courtesy. Because of his work at my home, he now handles HVAC at my office and colleagues' homes. Mike is just the best and I recommend him highly.
Fantastic customer service, and not a company out here looking to make 10k on an install. They charge a fair price for all the services they provide and care about their customers. For those of you wondering how to contact them, they have a Facebook page, but the easiest way is to just give them a call and they’ll be sure to take good care of ya. We have been told by numerous other companies that we were in need of a unit replacement but these guys got our a/c fixed and running for 1/20th of the cost and were very prompt. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

They installed the system at my new house back in 2017, made some repairs after an ice storm, AND helped my grandmother on a Repair after another HVAC company tried to charge her for an entirely new system. I would recommend them to anyone in a heartbeat!
