As a service technician, I’ve probably been behind MTB installations close to 100 times over the last 12 years. My career started on a duct crew as a helper, then progressed to lead installer, maintenance technician, and eventually service technician. Because of that background, I pay close attention to the quality of workmanship when I’m working on systems installed by other companies. I have to say, whoever is training the installers at MTB is doing an outstanding job. Time and time again I find clean, organized work that shows pride in the trade. Mastic is applied properly, line sets are neatly routed, ductwork is well thought out, and I especially appreciate seeing static pressure readings documented on the equipment. Those little details tell me the installers care about doing things the right way, not just getting to the next job. This morning I was working on one of your systems and found myself admiring a zoned duct system that was exceptionally well executed. The installation was signed by Doug S. and Chris A., and they deserve recognition for their craftsmanship. From one tradesman to another, thank you for taking pride in your work. Clean installations make life easier for service technicians years down the road, but more importantly they provide customers with a better-performing, more reliable system. It’s refreshing to see a company that still values quality and professionalism in an industry where that isn’t always the case.

He explained everything clearly, completed the work efficiently, and made sure everything was working perfectly before he left. Today we had MTB come four our AC yearly service/check up. We had great communication from setting up appointment, confirmation of appointment, notification of arrive time, and who will be our serviceman with confirmed photo. Charles Johnson was our serviceman today and he was perfect. Told us what exactly he was here to do, extremely polite, on time, pleasant, and very thorough. I’d say one of the best we’ve had in our 18 years of using MTB. Highly recommend.
