We couldn't be happier with the service we received. The team repaired one of our existing units and installed a brand-new HVAC system, and the entire experience was outstanding from start to finish. MTC is our new favorite HVAC company! We chose to replace our failing furnace package unit after a previous well-reviewed HVAC company was unable to diagnose and fix the unit. The technician from MTC Heating and Air Conditioning quickly determined that our 16 year-old unit stopped functioning when the temperatures got low because the control board was no longer able to process stage 2 heating. MTC is licensed and has both liability and workers comp insurance. The employees were friendly and were able to get the old unit replaced in a day. They hauled away the old unit and cleaned up after themselves. MTC also replaced our aging thermostat and fixed two of the flexible duct lines that had failed. The new unit has been operating flawlessly for two weeks now. The work was also fairly priced without any sales pressure. We look forward to continuing to do business with MTC Heating and Air Conditioning for many years into the future.
I have used MTC Heating and A/C for the past several years on a recommendation from my son. He told me to give MTC a call as they were the most honest team he had dealt with in the HVAC space. He was so right. Whenever I call MTC I usually get Rubi who I think keeps the place running like a top. She is outstanding to work with. She has handled getting me set up for service as well as quoting my new systems. She has a great calm and together way about her and is always pleasnt and very helpful. I also have spent a great deal of time with AJ who is one of the Service techs. He is such a knowledgeable person and is really good at diagnosing and repairing my systems. He also was the one person who came up with a rather ingenious approach to my new HVAC system needs recommending a Dual Fuel Heat Pump solution with a cople of zones. The solution was defintely thinking out of the box and offers a decent savings with the upgraded efficency of the new system. But what was really awesome was he told me very plainly that he did not think I had to purchase a new system immediately as he felt my current systems still had some life in them. But he would recommend that I consider his recommended system solution when I do decide to replace my current systems. All the way around I would recommend the MTC team for anyones HVAC needs whether it be repair, an honest assessment of the need to replace a system or to quote and install new systems.
