I highly recommend Parker and Company Heating and Air. Their team were fantastic! I met with another company to compare pricing to install a mini split unit. I liked the person I spoke with at the other company, but Patrick who I initially spoke with that came to my home with PCHA was different. Very knowledgeable and I felt was honest in answering my questions. He said the person who will be installing if I decided to go with there company will come to my home and see the best way to install it in my screened in porch. The installer Adrian came and he made my decision to go with them. I explained I needed this to be neat and this is a new home that I don't want any mishaps. Adrian assured me it would be neat and done right. He could have ran the cords in a way that would have been noticeable and not pleasant to look at, but easier to install for him, but Adrian said he can run the hoses under the deck. It wasn't much room for him to get under to do his work, but he assured me he could do it. I trusted him. He and his partner Jose came the next day to install. They both got it done. I couldn't be happier. It looks neat and works perfectly. Adrian and Jose were awesome. Great team. I know I said a lot in this review, but I just wanted to express my appreciation to Parker and Company Heating and Air. Money well spent.
I cannot speak highly enough about this company and my experience replacing my HVAC system. The owners are honest, operate with integrity and are hands on. Drake recommended an energy efficient system and even processed the rebate with Duke for me. The installers and technicians were professional, knowledgeable and respectful of my home which made for pleasant experience. I thank this veteran owned company for their quality of work, fair and honest prices and delivering on what they promised🙏
I am only allowed 5 stars however the work and customer service I’ve experienced with Parker and Company is worthy of 10 stars. As a single mother with a background in literature, I’m at a disadvantage when it comes to comprehension of electrical needs for my home. I was nervous and overwhelmed until Patrick came to my home, during the consultation my concerns were put to ease. The day before I had my entire heating and cooling system replaced, Adrian came to my home for another inspection. He was my installation lead and his knowledge, patience and attention to detail was a breath of fresh air. On the day of my install, Jose, Gabe, and Adrian arrived promptly in my time slot window. Courteous, clean, diligently the three gentlemen worked to ensure my home was safe and comfortable for my family. Before leaving Gabe, Jose, and Adrian took out the recycling, vacuumed all the carpet and Adrian gave me a walkthrough of my new system. It was a major home repair that I still feel good about. Safe. The team truly cares about our home and not just a quick sale. Call them for your needs, they’ll take care of you too!
We’d been noticing a pool of water next to one of our HVAC units off and on for a couple years. We’d mop it up when we saw it and pretend everything was ok. Until recently, when the pool of water was way bigger than prior times. Parker and Co was recommended to us by a friend, so we called them for an assessment. Drake visited and explained what was going on with our 18-year-old unit. I’m former military and I liked getting my HVAC sitrep from a fellow veteran. It wasn’t great news but Drake gave us options that I trusted. My wife and I took some time to consider and ultimately made the decision to replace the unit, thanks to Parker and Co’s financing options that Patrick explained to us. Today, we are the happy owners of a new unit and are more than pleased by the service that shows and agave provided. Highly recommend.
Parker and company was a great first choice! They scheduled a time to come out promptly and were on time and very courteous. Drake was open and direct about what was needed and was very helpful. He cleaned my coils and discovered an issue with my refrigerant. I would recommend these guys to any one needing service. I would suggest signing up for their maintenance plan, you’ll get your moneys worth I promise!
