After spending the last 20 years in the south Florida heat, we recently moved back to North Carolina. This was my first experience with Peace Heating and Air. It's experiences like this one that help justify us moving back. The customer service was outstanding! Beginning with a minor scheduling issue due to the increase in call volume, Jason went above and beyond to keep my appointment time intact. Our technician Tyler was extremely thorough with maintaining our 3 units. He explained in detail his procedures, findings, and preventative maintenance tips. His demeanor was respectful and polite. Tyler answered all of my questions without hesitation and he was well adept in his knowledge of heating and A/C. I've had my fair share of issues with air conditioning in the humidity and blazing heat of south Florida; and of the dozens of experiences with different companies and their technicians, nothing has ever come close to the caliber of customer service I received from both Jason and Tyler. It's feels great to be back home in Mooresville, NC. Kudos to the Peace team!

Highly recommend! My husband and I just had a new HVAC installed and we are so impressed with Peace Heating and Air Conditioning. Knowledgeable, professional, on-time, great communication, kept to their quoted price, friendly. They did a wonderful job. Hunter and his coworker (sorry! I forgot his name) were both great. I cannot say enough great things about the experience I had with Peace Heating and Air Conditioning. From start to finish, the entire team went above and beyond; their professionalism and customer service was truly outstanding. What impressed me most was Brian personally coming to our home on a holiday. That level of dedication and commitment to customers is incredibly rare these days, which speaks volumes about the company’s values and leadership. He provided options without pressuring us, ensuring our peace of mind. Mickey, the Office Manager, was professional, thorough, and extremely helpful throughout the entire process. Communication was excellent, every question was answered promptly, and the scheduling and coordination were seamless. The installation team, Josh and Hunter Jones, did an amazing job. They were knowledgeable, respectful, hardworking, and paid close attention to every detail. Their workmanship was top-notch, and they left everything clean and organized when the job was complete. The new HVAC system is running perfectly, and my home has never been more comfortable. It’s clear this company takes pride in doing things the right way and genuinely cares about its customers. I recently had Peace Heating & Air Conditioning come out for a service call, and I couldn't be more impressed with the experience. Technician Devin Johnston was absolutely outstanding from start to finish. Devin arrived on time, was professional, and immediately made me feel at ease. What really stood out was his depth of knowledge — he thoroughly assessed my system, clearly explained what was going on, and walked me through all of my options without any pressure. He answered every question I had with patience and detail, never making me feel rushed or like anything was too basic to address. Beyond his technical expertise, Devin was respectful of my home and my time. He was personable, honest, and genuinely seemed to care about making sure I had everything I needed to make an informed decision. That kind of transparency is rare and so refreshing. After being without A/C for an entire month because another company misdiagnosed our unit and told us the part we needed was on backorder, we decided to call Peace Heating & Air for a second opinion. I explained everything we had been through, and from the very first phone call, their customer service was truly exceptional. They were compassionate, understanding, and made us feel like they genuinely cared about helping us. Tyler was able to come out the very same day, and within minutes he correctly diagnosed the actual problem with our unit. Not only did he fix what had been missed, but he also took the time to educate us on preventative maintenance so we can hopefully avoid issues like this in the future. He was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and kind. After such a frustrating and stressful month, Peace Heating & Air was an absolute blessing. We only wish we had called them first.
