Powers HVAC was able to fit us in just in time to help combat this winter’s coldest temps yet. Service person Greg was efficient and completed the install in a timely manner. Powers HVAC was competitively priced and explained the process to get us back up and running again perfectly. Would highly recommend. I will be referring Powers HVAC to my friends and family in and around the Raleigh area.
I was very pleased with my service. Greg was informative and took his time to do a thorough job. His Maintenance service on my A/C unit inside and outside was very thorough. He explained his findings and let me know a small maintenance would be needed in the future but was not an emergency. I can budget for this minor repair now that I know ahead of time. His rate was reasonable. I really like the customer service that was shown to me as well. I will def use them again.
Working with Greg at Powers HVAC was amazing! He was knowledgeable and helped me make the best decision for my circumstances. He didn't try to sell me on anything I didn't need, answered all my questions no matter how stupid or small, and really took the time to make me feel like I was his #1 customer. He was quick at diagnosing my issue which showed me his knowledge was far superior to anyone else I had worked with in the past. He knows his stuff. 20/10 would recommend again.

Greg did great work and saved me thousands. 2 other companies looked at my unit. They said it was done and need to be replaced. Greg looked over my HVAC system and found the issue within 30 minutes and replaced it for a fraction of a new system. Very trustworthy and responsive!
