GREAT COMPANY AND EXCEPTIONAL WORKERS!!! If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. 2 guys came to my house in Chavis Heights, ETHAN & KYLER, they were professional, very courteous and were not leaving until the job was done correctly! I have a little kid that wanted to run around and see what they were doing the whole time, and they were so nice about it, and understanding. VERY OUTSTANDING GUYS! I really appreciate Ethan & Kyler for coming to replace my unit. They worked from sun up to sun down! I mean, I could go on and on about their outstanding service. Thank you Progressive for sending such amazing gentleman to install my heating/air system. GOLD STARS TO ETHAN & KYLER! Thank you guys, we are enjoying the air flow now. Daniel Hutchins was outstanding. He was very professional, explained everything he was doing. He still had a smile even though the time he came which was late at night. Me and my family cannot thank him and his company enough.
Highly recommend! He fixed my in-wall home theater HDMI cable quickly and professionally. Everything works perfectly now. On top of that, he was a really nice person to talk to—friendly, patient, and clearly knows his stuff. Great experience all around!
I have been with Progressive for many years, but I’ve never been as pleased as I was with this most recent service called that I had! James did an amazing job! Thorough, professional, efficient and covered all the bases in making sure I was protected with both of my systems ! Couldn’t be happier.
The electrician appeared on time, was courteous and efficient at doing his job. He was here for approximately 45 minutes to place a GFI outlet in our bathroom. The price was, in my mind, outrageously high at $460 some odd dollars!
