Ross & Witmer did an amazing job on the installation of my mini-split. Now I can workout in my garage all year long in comfort. Jonathan, Caleb and Jeff worked efficiently on a hot summer day getting the project done quickly. They are truly professionals who pay attention to the details, ensuring minimum space impact inside and a clean look from outside. When I bought my condo in Uptown Charlotte, I didn't know anything about the heating/cooling unit. Bobby H. came to service it for the first time. Bobby was professional, efficient, and provided me with information about the system and its condition. I will ask for Bobby again when it's time for more support.
After a spring A/C maintenance this afternoon, our 2 HVAC units stopped blowing cold. I called Ross & Witmer at 8:30 PM to report this issue. At 8:50 PM, Michael called me from Ross & Witmer and asked me to go outside to see if the fans were on in the outdoor condenser units. The fans were not on. He talked me through finding the outdoor breaker box and turning the breakers on for the condenser units. That fixed the problem. I received excellent service from Michael and am very glad he did not wait until the morning to call!
