Akram is professional and knowledgeable. We had our HVAC unit replaced and Abdul was the installer. He is good at what he does and he meticulously installed and explained each step to my husband. Once the job was complete, the inspector came out and all is good. We did have a minor hiccup after the new system was installed. We rescheduled out and Akram got back to us quickly and helped troubleshooting the issue. Appreciated it.

I went through AHS (American Home Shield) and they dispatched Sahara Cool. They came out the same day briefly to check the issue. They had to order the part. It took a bit for our compressor to come in but they came out and installed it as scheduled. Akram was able to answer all my questions about our heat pump. Very respectful, professional & super nice guy!

Excellent service! Akram was wonderful, kind and helpful. We’re so thankful he was the company/person our home warranty company had sent to us! He was highly knowledgeable and extremely thorough. It was nice and refreshing after 10 years of dealing with other HVAC companies, who tend to just patch things up. He found large leaks, extreme rust , so much so, the fan would no longer move, and a mold issue that had taken over the inside unit. All of which had been overlooked by others, and was never brought to our attention! Really great service, thank you!!
