10/10 recommend Skyline! They arrived about an hour after we called them and got my unit up and running! Wasn’t able to get a picture of their van because John wasn’t able to get in my snow/ice covered driveway (for reference my driveway is about 1/4 mile off the main road). But that didn’t stop him! He parked safely on a side street across from my driveway and walked (several times) to my house and got my heat working again before the snowpocalypse arrives this weekend. I heard about Skyline through a local homeowner FB group, and I couldn't be happier. I was able to schedule an AC tune up within a few days of inquiring. Jon came to my house and did the full work up on my unit, which including cleaning the outdoor condenser. Upon request, he also gave me recommendations for the air handler, and the price quote for a UV light was very reasonable compared to other companies. I didn't feel like he was trying to upsell me on anything, and I appreciated his balanced perspective. Will definitely continue using Skyline for my other HVAC needs.

They were able to get me in last minute for an AC issue.Henry showed up on time, explained everything clearly and was very knowledgeable, professional, personable and patient.
