Cesar is the best! I had multiple companies come over and tell me I needed a whole new HVAC unit, which would have been upward of $10k out of my pocket… Cesar came out and fixed the unit in less than 15 minutes! So so grateful for his honesty and great help to fight this summer heat 🙏🏼🧡
Fantastic service- My heat pump wasn't working on this very chilly day- I put in a call to ultra air and they had a technician deployed to my house within 20 minutes. Gerardo, the technician, was very respectful, quick, and helpful. He had the part on hand and was able to immediately repair it, and within 30 minutes my heat was back on. Thank you Ultra Air for the wonderful experience!
They installed the HVAC system in my mom’s new build around 3 years ago and we have been having minor issues with it ever since we moved in. Most recently, they had to come out twice in the course of a month. The first time they told us nothing was wrong with the system, despite it not turning on when we switched it to “on” on the thermostat and the room temperatures registering incorrectly. The second time, they came to replace a fan motor and charged us upwards of $300 for it, assuring it would fix the problem. That night, the air still would not cut on or register correctly and we had no air flow. We called them to come out a third time and they did not return the phone call. We called another company who ran a full diagnostic work up on the HVAC unit and informed us that “corners were cut” during install, basically resulting in a faulty zoning board that was wired to itself which is not up to safety or code. They also installed my sister’s HVAC unit in her new build and they had to completely replace their system less than a year after putting it in because the furnace kept overheating. Could not recommend this company less if you want working air/heat and safe wiring in your home.
I had a great experience with Justin today and the AC is flowing again so it was worth leaving a review! He was extremely communicative on his ETA to avoid any inconvenience since I had to leave work to meet him at home. He was also very thorough in listening to my concerns, identifying the issue and finding a solution to get the unit running properly. Best part is, it didn’t take too long to fix. Happy customer and I’ll definitely use them again for future HVAC issues.
