Andrew D. and Matt provided wonderful service today! I was just expecting Andrew, but was pleasantly surprised Matt came along to offer a free inspection of my electrical panel and talk through the new electric and plumbing services Webb offers. Andrew and Matt were so friendly and knowledgeable. I was so happy to hear my HVAC is in working order for the summer and my electrical panel is in good shape. They gave me such peace of mind while helping me plan for future system upgrades. Webb is always who I’ll trust with my home!

First, I must say my technician was 5 stars. My 2 star rating is for a number of things. The first day they came out for a service call and said it would be $95. That wasn’t an issue. My issue was the tax added. When did we start adding tax to labor. Another issue was they wanted to charge an additional $225 to clean the coils. My main issue and the reason I called them was the off-brand motor they installed without my knowledge was loud and it needed to be replaced, and it was still under warranty. They charged me $453.69 to replace the off-brand motor with the correct/brand motor. All of this transpired and I didn’t get a detailed estimate, breakdown, etc. They didn’t even send me a receipt. Now, the technician (Chris) was great. He replaced the motor in 20 minutes (started 3:24p and finished 3:44p).

Wish I could give more than 5 starts. Matt came out and troubleshooted our office unit and did an amazing job. He was very thorough and explained everything well. Super nice too!

We recently had another great experience with Webb Heating & Air, and I can’t recommend them enough. The first time we tried using our AC on a warm day, it wasn’t blowing cold air. Since we already had a seasonal service appointment scheduled, we decided to wait. Their technician, Matthew W., arrived right on time and quickly diagnosed the issue, it was a leak under the attic unit in our 18-year-old HVAC system. I asked if it could be repaired, and Matthew was honest and transparent. He explained that while a repair was possible, it would be costly and that replacing the system might be a better long-term solution. After reviewing the repair estimate, I agreed to speak with their sales advisor, Chris. Chris walked us through several options without any pressure, helping us choose the best system for our needs. Once we made our decision, the installation was scheduled promptly—and impressively, the entire system was replaced in just one day. We’ve been customers for about 7 years, and throughout that time, every interaction has been excellent. From routine bi-annual maintenance visits to this full system replacement, their team has consistently been professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. Communication is always top-notch, you even receive a text with a photo of your technician before they arrive, which is a great touch. A big thank you to Matthew, Chris, and the entire installation team for an outstanding job. Webb Heating & Air continues to exceed our expectations!

As a returning customer, I’m glad I stuck with my choice of Webb Heat & Air. Chris, the tech appraiser, provided me with a fair and honest quote, clearly laying out the options so I could simply choose what worked best. The installation team that replaced my AC and air handler arrived early, worked professionally, and completed everything neatly. I also decided to subscribe to Webb’s annual maintenance package, which gives me complete peace of mind about my home’s AC system. Highly recommend their service!
