I had both of my HVAC systems replaced with new Rheem/Ruud units, and I had a great experience with the salesperson. From the beginning, he provided an accurate and transparent estimate with no hidden surprises. Everything he promised in the quote was delivered exactly as discussed. The installation was completed on time, the team was professional, and the entire process was smooth and well organized. I really appreciated his honesty, clear communication, and commitment to doing exactly what he said he would do.
I called to have the HVAC system in my new construction home checked under warranty, and my technician, Eric Fuentes, absolutely stole the show. Eric was incredibly professional, polite, and friendly. We recently had our annual heat check (which we had to reschedule and Yellow Dot was very accommodating) and we were happy to get technician Kyle Krygier again. He was timely, let me know when he was coming and kept me informed all the way thru the process. Checked some noises I was hearing coming from vents and made appropriate adjustments. He was very polite and respectful.
Don was incredible, he spent four hours on a Friday night working through a fix for my AC unit. He was very thorough and professional, I couldn’t have asked for better service! I was especially grateful for such quick turnaround from Yellow Dot on getting someone out to check out my AC after it went down instead of needing to wait a week for a service appointment.
