I recently had an issue with my condensation pump as it was no longer working. I called RJ at Igloo AC who was able to quickly schedule an appointment for service. On the day of the appointment Oahu was experiencing very heavy rain and flooding however Bernie at Igloo still showed up on time. He replaced my condensation pump within a matter of minutes and thoroughly tested it to ensure that the new pump was working correctly. I highly recommend Igloo AC for all your AC installation and maintenance needs.

They installed our split AC system a few years ago, did a great job. Came back to fix an issue promptly (issue ended up being electrical and not on them). Recently scheduled cleaning for AC system. Guys were fast and professional.

Highly recommend Igloo AC to who ever needs ac. RJ and his team did an amazing job with my units. We had a total of 5 split units installed . Because we live on the ridge I was concern w/ having the outside compressor sitting on the deck . I didn’t want to have an eye sore with such a beautiful view. Well they truly delivered and thought outside the box and found a perfect place under my deck to hide them blending my home . A+++++ service all around. Great communication, timely follow up and a super talented team. Please do yourself a favor and stop looking anywhere else IGLOO AC is hands down the best on the island !!

I contacted Igloo AC on a recommendation from Cosco (the AC place Not Costco), I talked with RJ and he came to our house on time as scheduled. We just bought the house and wanted to replace window AC with splits in each room (6 rooms), RJ and I walked the inside of the house and discussed our needs, He was concise, thorough, and no BS, gave me the reality. He was upfront and honest about each brand available they had and we went with his recommendations. He never pounded sales of the most expensive units he talked about pros and cons of each, I appreciated that. We walked around outside, we have toddler twins and wanted the units 7 feet off the ground, "no problem", (great). We scheduled a few weeks out, theTEAM arrived as scheduled, on time and ready to work. 6 units going inside and (3) compressors to hang outside. The foreman Greg was running the show, the techs Jon, AJ and electrician Bernie were all very professional, knew exactly what was going where and the job went flawless for 2 days, inside units on day one & outside compressor units day two. The work is absolutely beautiful, the wiring done by Bernie and all the piping beautifully concealed and contained, this job looks like it came with the house, quality inside and out. These guys worked heads down to the job for 2 straight days and finished well after dark on day 2, clean, professional and polite. They listened, they answered every question, every step, they gave us a brief before they left, perfect. TEAMWORK, like clockwork. The units...OMG We can't hear them running!!! Then Greg says "there is also a quiet mode" I laughed... Today, our home is a perfect temperature, no noise from AC running, the split units are well placed and super efficient, Thanks guys. The cost...The absolute best decision for home improvement, my wife and I are astounded at the bottom line cost of our comfort and wonder how they can do what they do for the price. If you are considering investing in AC, TALK TO RJ, Have his team install it, they are with you to the end and beyond. Bottom Line, Professional, NO BS, Polite, Highest quality work! I will look forward to working with Bernie to do some electrical work for me, and I won't hesitate to call RJ if I have maintenance questions, I will look forward to AJ or Jon to come by and perform the servicing.
