I rolled the dice looking for a local medicare broker who could help my husband and me walk through the process. Boy, we won big with our first pick. I was so impressed by Adrian Crane, the young man who assisted us. He responded quickly to our email and phone requests for more information, promptly and patiently responded to our questions, provided some preliminary information that was helpful to us in preparing for an in-person meeting. At the in-person meeting I was once again impressed by him and his professionalism and his ability to make us feel at ease. He knows what Medicare is about and the insurance companies that provide the supplemental plans. We never felt pressured to go with any specific insurance provider although Adrian was honest about why he would choose one over another. His experience helped us work through the pros and cons of the top 4 providers we finally decided to focus on. It turned out be a much easier process than anticipated and I'm so glad we sought guidance from those who know the system and the companies. We would definitely recommend this group to anyone seeking help with Medicare supplement plans. If could give 10 stars, we would.

Ever since I moved to Greenville S.C. from Ohio I have been with Adrian Crane, which is now 4 years. He has been so helpful with the transition with my Medicare in comparisons from out of state. I certainly advise everyone to take time every year to review the plans. Adrian looks over my meds and we compare which plan will work for me in the coming year. Medicare is always changing and some plans fit your needs when you have upcoming expenses. Mine this last year was dental . I have a trusting relationship in knowing he will advise me to my best interest. Thank you Adrian.

Greenville Medicare Specialists is the best. Adrian Crane is extremely professional and efficient. Adrian set up my wife's advantage plan a year ago and we could not be happier. So now it was time for me to go onto Medicare for the first time and I wanted to get an advantage plan. There was no hesitation with calling Adrian and having him work with me to get the best possible plan specific to my requirements. It was smooth , no concerns and addressed in a timely manner. Dealing with Adrian is like dealing with a close friend that does desire to get the best possible plan for you. We plan on using Adrian from now on and have no desire to ever consider using anyone else. I recommend him highly. Your health insurance is too important not to be handled by a person who passionately desires to provide the best available plans for you to chose from. Hunter Oglesby was both professional and knowledgeable. Most important, we really appreciated that he did not pressure us into choosing a specific plan. He took the time to listen to our concerns and needs, them did thorough research to present us with three Medicare plans for us to consider and choose from. Which allowed us to make an informed decision that felt right to us.
