Absolutely amazing!!! Wonderful customer service. I broke my phone today and iRevive was recommended to me. They fixed my phone in less than two hours and for about $200 which I think is pretty phenomenal for parts and labor. The guy who checked me out in the beginning, remembered me when I came in, so I didn’t even have to show him my slip. The girl who checked me out at the end was very sweet. I was greeted by the other worker when I came in the door. Very welcoming environment.
Absolutely great experience!! My 2015 Macbook Pro was in need of a battery replacement, as well as the speakers. Dani was quick to respond to my inquiry and quoted me $265 for the work, which I thoughtwas great. Dropped it off a couple of days later, and they were finished within a few hours. They also found an issue with the magsafe and replaced it free of charge. Staff were great and everything was explained well. I will definitely be back for any repairs I need. Thanks!!
Esteban did a fantastic job replacing the display and the case on my iPod. Looks brand new. If you have an iPod you need fixed, he is the perfect person for the job. Very reasonably priced, quick turnaround times, and very friendly staff.
I am so happy with the service I got from the iRevive team! I had a 2019 iMac die on me with a lot of important video/audio projects on it, I thought it was a complete loss, but iRevive was able to recover all the date from the hard drive and I was able to open everything up on a new Mac as if nothing ever happened! I am so thankful and do highly recommend their service!
Extremely quick turn time. Extremely kind and helpful staff. Extremely knowledgeable techs. I could slap my own self in the face for not knowing about them for the past 9 years as I have been a Mac user since 2005. I had 5 -6 key issues on my daughter's 2018 Macbook Air that were fixed without issue. The fan was running too long and after a quick check they found that the battery needed replacement. It now works like it was band new. I also had a battery replaced in my 11" iPad Pro (Which I love)....and now that works like a champ.... I will be doing business with iRevive far into the future.
