I trusted College Hunks with my move, and unfortunately, it turned into one of the worst moving experiences I've ever had. After delivery, we discovered extensive damage to our belongings. Our couches, bags, and mattress were soaked, and we lost our entire crockery set. The damage wasn't immediately visible, so I strongly encourage anyone using this company to inspect every item carefully, including storage compartments, blanket boxes, and packed containers. Moving is already stressful enough. Customers hire a moving company to protect their belongings and provide peace of mind. Instead, we were left dealing with damaged property, financial loss, and a tremendous amount of frustration. What disappoints me most is that many of these damages could have been prevented with proper care, handling, and storage practices. The condition in which our belongings arrived showed a lack of attention to the basic responsibility of safeguarding customers' possessions. I am sharing this review so others can make an informed decision before trusting College Hunks with their move. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend their services.

One of their drivers tried running me and my family off the road this afternoon because I didn’t drive past an accident fast enough. I not only had my 5 year old and 1 year old in the car but also a newborn so I was taking precautions passing the accident as it had been raining all day and the roads were very wet. Once they realized my husband was recording he driver then took his phone out as if he was recording as well going over 80mph on the feeder road and swerving all over the place. They almost hit us several times and while on the phone with customer support you can hear my daughter screaming because they were getting closer to hitting the back where she was. I am extremely upset about this as it put me and my children in danger and that driver needs to be held accountable. This occurred today at 500 07/11/26 in Conroe Texas

The movers showed up as scheduled and worked quickly. I was pleased with the way my furniture was handled. There was only one small problem a small file cabinet was damaged. They were professional and friendly. Valued at $30.00.

I have used this company twice—once in the past and more recently—and unfortunately, my most recent experience has made it clear that I will not be using their services again. During the first move, there were minor issues that I chose to overlook. However, the second experience was significantly worse. The team was inefficient, appeared to unnecessarily extend the time, and handled my belongings without proper care. Most concerning, my television—valued at approximately $1,000—was damaged during the move. The resolution offered was $75, which I find completely unreasonable and not reflective of the loss. Additionally, there was little to no sense of accountability or genuine concern shown in response to the damage. That lack of professionalism and customer care was extremely disappointing. I was referred to this company through my current high-rise residence, but based on this experience, I will be informing management that I do not recommend they continue referring this company to other tenants. Overall, I cannot recommend this company and would strongly advise others to consider alternative options.
