The ability to schedule online is very convenient. August was very kind and refused to let me help (in the best way). He gave me a quote before the work began, and loaded my junk in no time. I feel lighter and this was a huge relief to help me finish my move without having to worry about the excess stuff in my garage. Pricing was reasonable and the peace of mind is priceless. Thank you!!
We had to close down our family business of 30+ years. I had to deal with the stress of potential buyers who backed out and landlord representatives who were demanding xyz… all last minute! Junk King was the only thing that was right with this stressful situation. They came and did the work quickly and efficient. I flaked out on Ryan so many times because of the potential buyers, and yet he still took my calls! I would have ignored me. Ha! Everyone had such a good attitude and was so kind. We will definitely be using them again. Amazing company and amazing team!
UPDATE: Our garage was a two truck job because it was stuff we couldn't put back in the house after Harvey. Joseph came back came back today with Jeremiah and finished everything including sweeping! I am SO grateful! I will definitely let my friends know to use Junk King & request Joseph & Jeremiah! Thank you!! The team that came to clean out our garage was FANTASTIC! They were quick, efficient & SO helpful! It was especially cool because one of the gentlemen has been part of Junk King since the first time we used them and a couple of former science teachers owned the Houston Junk King. Thank you!!
Junk King answered the phone. I tried two other trash removal companies but neither of those answered the phone. Junk King not only answered, they got me scheduled and gave me a firm quote via text based on my photos. They arrived within the 2-hour scheduled window and called 15 minutes in advance. Jeremiah and August were courteous and competent. These young men showed up and got to work. Payment was easy with a credit card. Thank you Junk King!
Moving out of our house and needed some last minute help to get rid of a huge sectional and playset (and some other odds and ends). Joseph and Jeremiah were very polite and also extremely fast and efficient. Would definitely use this junk King again!
