The owner made by right when our stairs we damaged. Ryan made sure he took the extra step to match our flooring and have a very clean crew come in and fix our stairs that were damaged during a removal they did. Took awhile but I do feel it was due to making sure everything went smoothly. A lot of companies don't do that. Give them a call they will do you right!

Had called over the weekend and set up an appointment to get a quote and have removal of furniture Monday. Was told they would show up between 12-2. Got a phone call around 12:30 and was told to send photos and they would call me back with a quote. Sent the photos and they text back saying they would call shortly with the quote. Never got a call back.. No one showed. Thankfully I was able to find someone else who could get the job done today as my new furniture arrives tomorrow morning. Disappointed by the lack of service as the reviews seemed promising.

Had an appointment made for 5-7pm. I was called by Andre the day of my appointment and told they don’t work past 5 and the company just makes those bookings to get business. I got called bro idk how many times, told again and again they don’t work past 5, and then when I said the price he guessed it to be around was fine (around $200-$300 for 2 mattresses and 2 couches) all the sudden he could make it work. I went ahead and canceled because I didn’t want those guys working past 5. My Bro, Andre, made it very clear how adamant he was about not working past 5. This was on a Wednesday just in case that’s relevant to anybody.

Junk King has reasonable rates in reference to use of space for their trash container, and are flexible in pick up time if they arrive late due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, traffic, etc.) I have used them three times in last 6 months while renovating family home. I was offered a one day quote of $490, by a competitor, which obviously i did not accept for two reasons. They arrive and pick up same day and junk king was $162.00, cheaper and I had their container for 3 days.Thank you Ryan, Andre and Irene; yall are great.
