They were supposed to show up with an empty trailer and fill it up to the rim!!!, trailer was not empty and it had a king size mattress in it, they also didn’t fill it up all the way. When I made the reservation I asked 100+ questions to make sure something like this doesn’t happen to me but yet they showed up with some left over load, they didn’t fill it up the way I was explained over the phone prior to making a reservation, I got yelled at by one of the pick up crew, they attempted to charge me for a full load and at the end my trash was barely touched, even though we had arrengments for multiple pickups I stopped the serviced and paid. Unfortunately like most of trash haulers they also want to milk every load instead of helping. I posted a picture so you could see the king mattress I mentioned and also notice how much more room there was left!!!

Extremely satisfied with Sunny Trash Hauling Services. They are very easy to work with. Madeleine was very understanding and cooperative. She scheduled our pick-up ASAP. They are very affordable and reasonable. The technicians were very professional. They were courteous and jovial. I will definitely use them again.

Very unprofessional. I booked an 8am to 10am pickup. At 10am I called them and the operator told me they'd call me back to give me an ETA since they were running late. I never got a call back. At 10:30 I called again, and they assured me that I'd get a call from their service department. Again, no return call. At 11am I made other arrangements for my trash to be picked up, then I called Sunny again and cancelled my appointment. I will never call them again.

My experience with Sunny Trash Hauling was phenomenal! My initial conversation was with Remy. She was absolutely pleasant, professional, and informative. Remy helped me to plan out a two day Removal Service, around my third shift work schedule - which was a relief for me. On day one, Carson and Louis showed up early, worked very quickly, and strategically to get a couple of loads out of my house with the time that I had allotted, before my shift. On day two, Carson and another gentleman (forgive me, I do not remember his name) returned bright and early to continue removing loads from my house, as well as tidying up each area they emptied. Carson and each of the gentlemen were awesome, patient, and professional. If I were to need such services again, I absolutely plan to call Sunny Trash Hauling! I highly recommend them!

Friendly, fast, and freakin' amazing service. I directly communicated with Madeline, Lance, and Evan, each of whom did their jobs very well. I had transparent and regular communications from Sunny Trash Hauling, which I appreciated in light of necessary rescheduling. Can't wait to work with them again on patio washing and home/roof washing.
