Absolutely delicious! The sushi was prepared right in front of us to absolute perfection. The chef’s were so friendly and I loved watching them make everyone’s orders. The lighting and ambiance is nice and romantic. A little loud with the attached hibachi tables but nonetheless a great time.

The restaurant is very clean. The food is delicious. The service attitude is very friendly. The price is more cost-effective than Japanese restaurants in Waikiki and the city center. The price is acceptable. It is suitable for family gatherings and parties. It is also a good choice for a dinner after work. The beef is juicy. The sea urchin sushi 🍣 and wagyu sushi are worth trying again. It is my favorite restaurant!

Walked in at 915 to just get a quick bite at the sushi bar (I’m a regular I eat here one to two times per week and love the food and service usually). When I walked up to the host I was immediately turned away and told they were closed. The hours on google say they close at 10PM. I wasn’t planning to stay forever I was going to get a couple rolls eat and leave quick and they were adamant that they were closed. If you are closed at 915 change your hours to say that. I’ve never understood why people willingly turn paying customer away.

Great for sushi! Like top notch. The hibachi is loud and entertaining, but separate dining area allows the best of both worlds. Great for a nice family dinner or simple date AND great place for fun or entertaining dinner.

If I could give a half star I would. My wife and I went in at 8:55pm (they close at 10) which I thought was more than enough time to order dinner eat and leave. They told us last call is at 9….so we quickly ordered our food and also was told drinks as well are last call. Which mind you is literally them bringing a bottle…not even opening it or pouring it. To which we then got our food extremely quickly which was nice but it wasn’t even hot. Was barely warm. Then while we were packing up our leftovers at 9:40pm they grabbed the plates out of our hands as we were scooping the food into the boxes. Just genuinely felt like they didn’t want people there ordering. Or coming in past 9. Which if that’s the case don’t stay open till 10. They were all running around cleaning around the 10 people that were in there trying to enjoy their meals. Was overall extremely unprofessional. I will not be going back there now due to this experience. And everyone that was there tonight I’m sure felt the same.
