Dryers will fade ur clothes and the staff are extremely disrespectful. They took our clothes out of the washer machine themselves without asking because we were 15 minutes late. The man working there today was cussing and unprofessional when I confronted him about it. Would give this a zero star if I could.
Sooooo very. Very clean. The lady working back was constantly cleaning. Love being able to use a credit card to pay for the laundry :) best laundromat ever .
I must admit that I didn't expect much when I headed to the laundromat. I am visiting my mom and had some large items requiring a larger capacity machine. Upstate Laundromat is not far from her place. It had good reviews, but wow, was I blown away! I got out and before I got my trunk open, a gentleman came up with a cart to assist me. The place was clean, had 2 tv's, a concession area, a place to purchace washing supplies, and a play area for kids! There were plenty of seats; tables for folding, and washers & dryers of many sizes. The machines: washers, dryers, and concession, take coins as well as cards. If you need change, there is a machine for that too! I have to say, this is the nicest laundromat I have ever visited!!
This is probably the cleanest laundry mat I have ever been to. Nora is absolutely the sweetest, friendliest person I have ever seen working with the public. This was our first time in a very long time, but we will be back. Thank you so much Nora for explaining everything to us and keep us company while we did our laundry.
I cannot believe how kind the owners are. The gentleman met me in the parking lot with a cart for my laundry and invited me to enjoy the hot dogs his sweet wife was making. I've never experienced anything like it. They introduced themselves and welcomed me like we were neighbors. It was completely unexpected and deeply appreciated. The facility is very clean and the equipment is new and in perfect condition. This experience has reminded me that you can find kindness and fellowship in the most unlikely of places. Will definitely come here exclusively from now on.
