I had a great experience in my beach yoga class with Lo! Easy sign up, great communication, and most importantly - a truly lovely class. The perfect amount of tuning in, breathwork, movement, accessible for all levels. I have been teaching myself for 10 years and can honestly be quite picky about loving a class, but thoroughly enjoyed my beach yoga experience! Thanks, Lo Just wanted to update that while in town 2 years later, I made it to Lo's beach yoga and again was impressed by and so thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Still can't say enough good things and appreciate the effort in making a great experience for all who join.

Our group booked a yoga session with Laura on the beach, and we had such a great experience! Laura has such a fun and positive energy! We had varying levels of experience, and she did a great job tailoring the session for each of us. If I lived in Naples, I would take her class all the time. Would highly recommend booking with her! Thank you Laura for such an amazing class, a highlight from my bachelorette trip :)

Lo is an amazing yoga teacher. Her knowledge and passion make for a perfect yoga flow and what can be better than a class on the beach! Definitely attend her class, it is the perfect way to start a morning.
