We’ve been longtime customers of BB Locksmith. From building our home to adding locks along the way, they have offered continuously wonderful service. As ridiculous as the sounds, I have a small safe that holds marathon medals. Yes, I know, absolutely ridiculous! But, having run over 100 marathons and running around the world nearly 3 times and having Guinness Book of World Records certificates and medals which are very important to me to preserve. For some reason, the key portion of the safe became problematic and so I called the best, BB Locksmith on 41 here in Naples. Within five minutes, BB had the problem solved and done with both ease and safety. It has been 15 years since we started using this business and all these years later they continue to be professional, courteous, aware, trusted and secure. This is the place and these are the people that you can trust.
My girlfriend needed a new key for her 2010 Escape, BB quoted her $1100 and 3-5days. We were able to find another locksmith that cut a new key and programmed it for $250... price gorges lol

I should have called to discuss prior to writing the previous review but I’m very protective of my mom so please understand my reaction as opposed to a more appropriate response. Skip this one and call Bonita BEACH locksmith. Much easier to deal with FYI if you’re locked out of your house, they expect you to call a friend or family member to get a credit card number written down and then call them back. I live in Bonita Springs. You’re coming to unlock my house in Bonita Springs where do you think I’m gonna go? Also, a small business owner and If I demanded a credit card for a deposit for every little thing I do people would laugh me out of the business
