I got highlights for the very first time and was honestly so nervous walking in, but Lorraine made me feel comfortable straight away. She was unbelievably welcoming - even offered refreshments - and took the time to talk me through everything so I felt completely at ease. The whole atmosphere of the salon felt so homely and calming, and you can tell they really care about their clients. My hair turned out even better than I imagined, and the experience itself was just as amazing. I'll definitely be coming back.

Amazing service all the staff are lovely I always have such a wonderful experience here. The staff are incredibly friendly and make you feel so welcome. My hair always turns out exactly how I want it, Lorraine always does a fantastic job. They truly provide amazing service every single time. I’ve had microbladed brows before, and waited a while to find a new artist. My hairdressers had their brows done in Love and Hate hair studio, by Lorena (varying techniques) and they all looked amazing. I met with Lorena for a free consultation and immediately knew I could trust her. I told her what I wanted, and she advised what she could do to give me the best, and really importantly for me, the most natural result. On the day of my first appt she spent time meticulously mapping them out, and made sure I was comfortable through the entire experience. Aftercare was really clear, and I knew I could contact her if needed. I’m really delighted with the result, my brows are the best they’ve ever looked. If you’re thinking of having any treatment that Lorena offers, I would highly recommend her. She’s really passionate about her art, and ensures you leave with the best look possible.
