Horrific experience. Maxine waxed my brow but ripped the top layer of skin resulting in a burn. The pain was excruciating and she didn’t care at all. She never offered to refund me. I could not attend a wedding due to how bad my face looked and was traumatised due to it. AVOID AVOID AVOID
