Very disappointing experience at Miller’s Ale House in Naples. The service was extremely poor. We waited a long time for our food, and when it arrived the order was wrong. Our salad came without the dressing we ordered. When we asked for honey mustard, it took a long time and what they finally brought looked like mashed potato gravy instead. Throughout the meal we were largely ignored. The waitress did not check on us and would only come over if we waved several times to get her attention. When I asked a waiter to come over, he was rude and dismissive. While we were still eating, staff started bringing the garage-style doors down in the dining area, which was noisy, disruptive, and very disrespectful to customers still having their meal. The food itself was average at best, and as I write this we are still waiting for our dessert. Overall this was a very frustrating experience. Management should seriously look into the service standards at this location because this level of neglect toward customers is not acceptable.
I stopped by for a casual dinner and it was exactly the kind of place you want for a relaxing night out. The menu is huge, which is great because there is something for everyone, whether you are craving wings, burgers, or fresh salads. I really liked the open, sports-bar vibe—it is loud enough to be energetic but still comfortable for conversation. The staff were very efficient even though the place was buzzing, and my food came out hot and fresh. It is a solid, go-to spot if you want a reliable meal, a cold drink, and a fun, laid-back atmosphere.
Had such a great experience at Miller’s Ale House thanks to our server Jay! He was incredibly sweet, attentive, and made sure we were taken care of the entire time. He constantly checked up on us, had a great attitude, and gave excellent service from start to finish. Servers like him really make the dining experience better. Thank you, Jay!
Always great food, had the house ceasar with salmon and french onion soup, wow what a twist and turn on the senses! Enjoyed being there and waited on, but kept hearing about how no other servers showed other than bartenders and used to better tipping. I always tip good and was helped by an amazing staff with no negative remarks on my end.
